| You Should Know . . . With the importance of keeping this movement true grassroots, it is imperative that the Americans that have volunteered their time, talents and resources to organizing the Official March On DC event be totally non partisan and share the common ground of unifying all constitutional patriots from whatever party or political side they may reside. To make this clear and totally transparent, no special interest groups, no party alliances, no financial support, no partisan agenda from any group will have any influence or authority on the board of organizers or committees involved with this event. This is not a fundraiser for any organization, political action committee, party, candidate or individual. | Event Agenda September 9, 2010 - Thursday 11:00am - 8:00pm - The First Annual, “Unite in Action” Liberty Exposition 9:00am - 5:00pm - Meetings, conferences, training, etc. Held at Host Hotel Properties as well as other predetermined locations. 8:00am - 10:00pm - Entertainment will be provided at Host Hotels Properties. Attendees will have the opportunity to relax & socialize. September 10, 2010 - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm - The First Annual, “Unite in Action” Liberty Exposition. (Extended hours for attendees arriving into town that afternoon or evening.) 9:00am - 5:00pm - Meetings, Conferences, Training, etc. Held at Host Hotel Properties as well as other predetermined locations. 12:00pm - 8:00pm - Sign making parties will be held at several Host Hotel Properties. 6:00pm - 8:00pm - Meet and Greet Events will be held in special meeting rooms at each Host Hotel Property. 8:00pm - 10:00pm - Entertainment will be provided at Host Hotels. Attendees will have the opportunity to relax, socialize and have a good time. 8:00pm - 10:00pm - Benefit Concerts - Various locations, including Host Hotel Properties as well as other venues. September 11, 2010 7:00am - 9:00am - The 9/11 Memorial Services. Special Guest Speakers: Family members of the Fallen Victims, First Responders including; Fire Departments and Fire Rescue, Members of the NYC Police Department, Search and Rescue Personnel, etc. 10:00am - 11:00am - Marchers will assemble at the mall area in front of the Capitol Building. 11:00am to 1:00pm - The “Unite in Action” March on DC will begin. Marchers will proceed eastbound on Pennsylvania Avenue and will intersect with Constitution Avenue. Marchers will proceed down Constitution Avenue, filling up all 8 lanes. The March on DC will end at the Washington Monument Grounds approximately 1.25 miles away. 1:00pm to 5:00 pm – The “Unite in Action” Washington DC Rally. The Main Event will feature a wide variety of Speakers and Entertainers. Videos and Music will be provided as well. |
